2. Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused: The lights must not be installed or used (e.g., adhesive backing must be intact).
  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all included accessories (cables, manuals, remotes).
  • Proof: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items bought on “Final Sale” or clearance.

4. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective (e.g., light not turning on).
  • The item is damaged (e.g., cracked during shipping).
  • You received the wrong item.

In these cases, we will make it right by sending a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

6. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: GMM Trading LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
